Hi, I’m Berni.

Born in Innsbruck, Austria, I am currently based between Switzerland and Poland.

Beyond my professional life, I am a husband, father of two, dog owner and lifelong technology enthusiast with a passion for engineering, coding, energy and understanding how things work.

Before technology became the centre of my career, professional dance sport played an important role in my life. I spent around 15 years in Rock’n’Roll and Latin dance and also built my own Taxi-Dance Agency.

Curiosity continues to shape who I am. I enjoy travelling, gaming, exploring new technologies and learning across different disciplines.

And yes — I still enjoy a good game of C&C, Anno, Zelda or Roblox.

About My Background

Technology has fascinated me from an early age. I started experimenting with robotics, software and automation as a teenager and quickly realized that learning by building, testing and solving real problems was the way I developed best.

Instead of following a traditional academic career, I built my professional expertise through hands-on projects, continuous self-learning, professional training and collaboration with experienced specialists and mentors.

Over the years, that technical foundation evolved into a broader focus: helping organizations connect business, technology and people and turn complex strategies into executable transformation.
